You know we have a Board of Directors, but who are they and what do they do?
The Board oversees the senior management of Coast Capital Savings. To do this effectively on behalf of the membership, the Board:
- ensures strong policies are in place to manage risk and protect members’ assets;
- provides expert insight to guide and approve Coast Capital Savings’ strategic plans; and
- engages with and reports to our members, regulator and other stakeholders.
Coast Capital Savings is committed to best practices in governance and is continuously building a Board that will meet the needs of the credit union now and in years to come.
