The Risk team provides oversight to manage Coast Capital's risks and protect our members’ financial well-being. Our team partners with multiple stakeholders to provide communication, training, tools, policies and procedures to collectively manage day-to-day risks of our business. We identify opportunities for enhancements to risk practices, risk appetite and risk oversight to find solutions to meet our current and future needs. What you have to offer:

You have an appreciation for the need to manage risk and the many (many) regulatory and governing requirements and how they may impact our members and our business.
You have a keenness and demonstrated ability to help manage risks (a certification or designation in a related field is preferred).
You have a talent for identifying and communicating simple solutions to highly complex situations.
You’re a relationship builder with the ability to educate and influence various stakeholders.
