Retail Banking

Our friendly member service team brings our “How can we help you?” brand to life by helping our members manage, save, grow and protect their money. You can enjoy career opportunities in service, lending, and investments as well as in leadership roles. Opportunities include:

  • Relationship Manager – help our members with their lending and investment needs while establishing solid long-term banking relationships
  • Manager, Member Services - lead a team of service professionals, while seamlessly coordinating the needs of the branch
  • Financial Advisor - help our members select the right financial solution or investment based on their unique needs by putting your Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Personal Financial Planning (PFP) designation to work

Contact Centre

We’re just a phone call away, offering our members banking, lending and investment help six days a week. If you prefer a schedule that provides flexibility, this could be the role for you. Opportunities include:

  • Member Banking Specialist - deliver a positive member experience over the phone or by email
  • Lending Specialist - provide top-notch lending advice while connecting with your members over the phone

Mobile Banking

This team helps our members anytime and anywhere they need a mortgage. Their mission is to provide simple financial help and build strong member relationships. Opportunities include:

  • Mobile Banking Specialist - help members anytime and anywhere they need a mortgage

Banking Operations

This team works behind the scenes to process our members' banking, lending and investment needs. Opportunities include:

  • Administrator, Operations - help provide professional, premium member service and administrative support to our branches, Contact Centre, Administration Office, plus third-party
